Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These terms govern the use of Easy Mentor, a platform operated by 57.552.876 ANTONIO MIGUEL MAGDALENO GUEDES, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 57.552.876/0001-68. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Whoever creates an account on behalf of a mentoring business confirms they are authorized to accept these terms for it.

2. The service

Easy Mentor gives mentoring businesses a platform with their own brand, where they publish lessons and materials, receive and review exercises, keep a diary of each session and follow their students. Optional features include the AI assistant and the Zoom and Panda Video integrations. Features may change over time, and we give notice when a change significantly affects how the service is used.

3. Accounts and access

  • Each person has their own login and is responsible for keeping their password confidential.
  • The mentoring business manages its own team and students: who is invited, who has access and in which role.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.

4. Free trial and plans

The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require a credit card. Without a subscription, trial data is deleted 7 days after the trial ends. Plans, prices and payment terms are shown on the website and at the time of subscription.

5. Responsibilities of the mentoring business

  • Holding the rights to the content it publishes (lessons, materials, recordings), or permission to use it.
  • Informing students about how their data is processed and having a legal basis to put it on the platform, since the business is the controller of that data.
  • Using the AI assistant and the integrations lawfully and in line with the terms of the respective providers.
  • Checking what it releases to each student, including session recordings that arrive through the Zoom integration.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Easy Mentor to:

  • publish content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or infringes third-party rights;
  • try to access other businesses' data or bypass access and security controls;
  • overload, copy or reverse engineer the platform;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, notifying the business whenever possible.

7. Ownership

The mentoring business's content remains its own. It grants us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content to the users it authorizes, in order to provide the service. The platform, the Easy Mentor brand and the software are ours.

8. AI assistant

The assistant's answers are generated by artificial intelligence from the business's instructions and material and the student's data. They may contain errors and do not replace the business's guidance or professional advice. The mentoring business is responsible for the instructions and material it gives the assistant.

9. Third-party integrations

The Zoom, Panda Video and other integrations rely on the mentoring business's own accounts with those services and are subject to their terms. If a provider changes or discontinues a feature, we may need to adjust or discontinue the related integration.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by third-party failures. Support is provided by email at antonio@sgagenciadigital.com.br, as described on the support page.

11. Cancellation and deletion

The mentoring business may cancel at any time. After cancellation, its data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Before that, the business may request a copy of its data through the support email.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by factors beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law guarantees and that cannot be waived by contract.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change is significant, we notify mentoring businesses in advance on the platform or by email.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Cidreira/RS, Brazil, have jurisdiction over any matter related to them, except where the law grants another jurisdiction.
